Northeast Regional Manager June 2013 - July 2014
As the Northeast Regional Manager, I think strategically about how to develop the region, hold weekly regional team meetings with the five new Regional Coordinators and bi-weekly with the Regional Marketing Representatives, work directly with schools that are interested in starting a SASE Chapter, and provide planning assistance for the Northeast Regional Conference and mentor the Host Chapter. I also collaborate with a national team of Regional Managers along with the Collegiate Program Manager twice a month to share best practices and determine standards and expectations for the SASE regional system. Over the course of the 2013-2014 academic year, we welcomed 6 new Chapters (UPenn, CCNY, Olin, Rutgers - New Brunswick, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and Rochester Institute of Technology).
Work on developing the Regional Manager position and guiding pending Chapters through the registration process.

Past Positions
Northeast Regional Co-Coordinator June 2012-June 2013
As Northeast Regional Co-Coordinators, we set up monthly meetings with the 12 Northeast Regional Chapters, individual Chapter meetings with Chapter Presidents once a semester, and provide planning assistance as needed for the Northeast Regional Conference. We meet with the other Regional Coordinators twice a month to share best practices and concerns. Over the course of the 2012-2013 academic year, we welcomed 4 new Chapters (Stevens, Northeastern, NYU Poly, and Drexel), 3 of which we helped through the registration process. We also created a website to assist our region's Chapters.
Developed the Regional Coordinator position, coordinated monthly regional calls for all Chapters in the Northeast, shared best practices and concerns with other Regional Coordinators twice a month, defined the future of the regional team structure for SASE, assisted hosting Chapter in preparing for the Northeast Regional Conference, and hosted individual Chapter meetings each semester.
